UDG formed a joint venture with two other developers to purchase an acre of land in the Spring Garden area of Miami and developed this property into Seybold Pointe Condominium, a 97 unit residential condominium. The building is the first mass-transit oriented homeownership development in Miami's urban core; moreover, it is located within the Federal Empowerment Zone. The building is 13 stories high, with a unit mix of 1 bedroom / 1 bathroom and 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom units. The building was completed in December of 2004 and all units are currently 100% closed.
